Kreative Events, LLC is a multi-faceted event production and management company which provides turn-key planning and operational management for all aspects related to a broad range of events. We offer consultation and management assistance including visioning and strategic planning, creative and technical development, and hands-on expertise as on-site directors to manage facilities, equipment, and daily operations.
The two principals, Karen Massey and Elizabeth Thomas, have a combined not-for-profit business management totaling more than 50 years, plus over fifteen years in municipal and public-assembly facility management. We have expertise in leadership and management including strategic planning, program development, business systems planning, budgeting, and financial systems, personnel management, volunteer recruitment and coordination, resource development, working with boards of directors and constituent teams, community relations, and marketing. In addition, special event strategic visioning, planning, and execution through combined expertise has resulted in events ranging from professional sporting competitions, black tie fundraisers, and educational conferences, to community-wide events. Participation in these events has ranged from less than 100 to over 50,000 attendees, and has ranged from half-day events to fourteen-day events. The principals are especially skilled in developing and nurturing successful and on-going community based organizations and relationships.
We have established our company on the foundation of providing our client base with integrity, creativity, and overall full knowledge of the event industry.

Theme Development
Décor & Design
We develop the creative vision and theme, and design and execute event décor. We also provide graphic support for event specific logos, signage, invitations, and other printed materials.
Technical Structure & Development
We design floorplans and develop electrical, sound, lighting systems, and timelines.
Rentals & Logistics
We assess all rental needs from tables, chairs, pipe and drape, tents and more and prepare the logistics of deliveries and room setups and room strikes.
Catering and Entertainment Planning
We assist in selection of caterers, menus and entertainment that best fits your event.
